Record-breaking wolf hunt: Ten wolves shot on the first day

The license hunt for wolves is underway. A record number of 75 wolves may be shot this year, following a decision from the county administrations. At 18:00 on Monday, ten wolves were killed in five different areas, writes the hunting magazine Svensk jakt.

The hunt may be conducted in Dalarna County, Gävleborg County, Värmland County, Västmanland County and Örebro County and lasts until February 15 at the latest.
