When the Lidköping resident came home from work, he found a late letter in his mailbox. It was addressed to his previous address in another city. His last name was listed as the addressee, but a different first name.
– It was a bit strange. But because it was addressed to my old address, I opened it, the Lidköping resident tells Skaraborgs Allehanda.
He joked with his partner and said “what if it’s drugs” in the letter and it seems it was. In the letter was a small plastic bag with just over 21 grams of a whitish-yellow powder. He immediately called the police, who took care of both the letter and its contents.
Lidköping’s son and the police’s theory is that someone has ordered the contents of the letter under a fake name to his old address in order to whitewash the mailbox when the shipment is delivered.
