Strul at Klarna has given customers incorrect demand letters

Now the Swedish Klarna is in a new storm where customers are upset. This time it is about customers in Finland, among others, receiving incorrect messages from the payment service, which EPN was the first to report on. Whether the problem existed in Sweden is still unclear.

It is supposed to be about a technical error that causes customers who have already paid their invoices to receive demand letters from Klarna, as it does not appear in their system that the invoice has been paid.

The issue has resulted in customers receiving payment reminders for bills they have already paid.

– The money kindly leaves the bank (customer’s ed. note), but it is not registered correctly in Klarna’s system, says a Klarna employee who Swedish EPN talked to.

The error must have been going on for weeks

According to the employee, the disturbance must have lasted for several weeks.

– I get so depressed when I think that the customer has a flawless payment history and that some technical error at Klarna can now ruin it, says the Klarna employee to Swedish EPN.

According to Klarna, the problem must have been due to the company having some type of technical problem that caused payments not to be registered. However, everything should be resolved now according to Klarna, writes Swedish EPN.
