Presence of staphylococci
This Reblochon, from the Pochat & fils brand, is therefore subject to a recall due to the presence of staphylococci detected in it. This cheese was marketed throughout France, between December 26 and January 14.
In particular in the E. Leclerc, Carrefour, Cora and Auchan stores. The “Petit Reblochon de Savoie AOP au lait cru” bears the batch number 2253951 and the barcode 3294580201019. The date of minimum durability of the product is 21 February 2023.
Return to store for refund
According to reminder sheet from the Rappel Conso website, “foodborne illnesses caused by Staphylococcal Enterotoxins result in gastrointestinal disorders (mainly vomiting) appearing within hours of ingestion and generally disappearing quickly.
