Once again many cars were set on fire during New Year’s Eve. Exact numbers are still lacking. There were car fires in Utrecht, Maarssen and Leerdam, among others. A car fire spread to a house at the Torenvalk in Bunschoten-Spakenburg. In Utrecht there was a fire in an above-ground paper container, which also affected the garage of a house on Wim Sonneveldlaan.
