Majid, designated leader of the criminal Foxtrot network, has previously been detained in the case on suspicion of preparation for murder. It concerns a murder plan that was supposed to be carried out in the same place as the murder a few weeks later.
The reason why Majid has now been arrested for inciting the murder on March 4 is that new evidence has been added that ties him to the crime, according to prosecutor Anna Hankkio.
In October, a 19-year-old man was sentenced to ten years in prison for carrying out the murder on March 4.
