He was performing in Connecticut when, in the middle of it all, he fell short on stage. The artist was transported to the hospital, but he could no longer be saved.

Fatman Scoop rose to fame in 1999 with the hit song Be Faithful. He also appeared on the recordings of many stars such as Mariah Carey and Missy Elliott.

Fatman Scoop’s style featured a strong, rough voice.
