Elie Yaffa, his real name, targeted Magali Berdah in May 2022. In videos posted on social networks, the rapper personally and regularly attacks the founder of Shauna Events, an agency which manages the careers of influencers on the internet , specializing in relationships between television personalities and brands.
Maghali Berada filed a complaint against Booba several times, and an investigation was opened during the year, then entrusted to an investigating judge a year later, during the summer of 2023. For the entrepreneur’s lawyers, this implementation examination is therefore a “ huge victory “. Especially since, in this case, the rapper is not the only one to face justice: 28 people will be tried for cyberharassment, death threats and crime against Magali Berda.
Just out of court, Bobba posted a video on his networks. He assures that he is “ free, everything is fine “.
As a reminder, cyberharassment is an offense punishable by two years in prison and €30,000 in fines.
