At the beginning of June, a convicted rape man from Oslo escaped from prison in Norway. Now – a month and a half later – he has been arrested in Sweden, according to Norwegian TV2.
It was in connection with the man being on a health check that he managed to escape. The next day he was internationally wanted.
According to the police, the man must be extradited to Norway as soon as possible, writes TV2.
The man is sentenced to 16 years in prison for raping two children on repeated occasions between 2017 and 2021. He was also sentenced for threatening his ex-wife.
