Breukelen – Ingmar S., who was convicted in 2018 for the kidnapping and rape of a woman in Breukelen, is sent to the Pieter Baan Center for investigation. According to the Public Prosecution Service, S. made another mistake during his probationary leave last summer; he is said to have raped a woman in Alkmaar. Today the judge was supposed to rule in that case, but the judge has ruled that an investigation must first take place.
