Radiologist Sohaib Munir has joined Bluewater Health’s professional staff.
The Queen’s University medical school graduate, with diagnostic radiology training at Western University and a musculoskeletal radiology fellowship at McMaster University, previously practiced at Hamilton Health Sciences while providing after-hours coverage at Bluewater Health, hospital group officials said in a news release.
“We are always focused on ensuring that we have specialists to meet the needs of our community,” Bluewater Health chief of staff Mike Haddad said, in the release.
“We have an excellent diagnostic imaging department and I am very pleased that Dr. Munir has chosen to practice at Bluewater Health.”
Munir said it’s a privilege to join, and praised Bluewater Health’s “outstanding work environment, its commitment to patient care, and its fantastic community.”
