Omens and Incense quest not working for you? We reveal how you complete the mission in WoW: Dragonflight.
Many players are already playing World of Warcraft Dragonflight and apart from a somewhat bumpy start, the expansion seems to be going well. But at the latest in the second area, the plains of Ohn’ahra, some problems can arise. Because many report that the quest “Omen and Incense” does not work – and that’s true, under certain circumstances. We reveal how you complete the quest anyway.
What is this quest? For the quest “Omen and Incense” (“Omen and Incense”) you have to collect some flowers for the centaurs, then grind them up and burn the powder. But the game tells you that you don’t have the necessary items – even if they are all in your inventory.

How to complete Omen and Incense? If you too suffer from the problem that you cannot combine the 5 “Sweetsuckle Blooms” in order to then burn them. Finding the solution is relatively difficult, because the game doesn’t give you any hints.
The trick is this: You must not have any quests of the type “Craft Supply” in the quest log. These quests block some other quests and most importantly usable quest items. If you cancel or complete the corresponding crafting supply, Omens and Incense will also work properly.
This also explains why the quests work for some players and not for others – because only those who have a “crafting supply” in the quest log are faced with this error.
“Current of Time” bugged – How to complete the quest
The quest “Stream of Time” also causes problems for some players. Here the workaround is a bit more annoying and can even take a little time. The error only occurs on non-English World of Warcraft clients.
So to fix the error, you have to exit the game and change both language and text to “English” in the game settings. After that you should be able to complete the quest.
Incidentally, Blizzard already knows about both problems (via Twitter). Expect a fix for this to go live in the coming hours or days.
By the way: The craft supply quests can also lead to errors in some other missions. So it’s best to close them quickly or leave them on the left until Blizzard has fixed it.
