Quentin Tarantino is in the mood to talk. On the occasion of the promotional tour of his new book, Cinema Speculation, he finds himself in a wide variety of places to talk about his work and his view of cinema. The question often arises as to which film will be his next and possibly his last.
Years ago, Tarantino announced that he only wanted to make one more film before his Career as a director ended. It is very unlikely that this is a Marvel film. At an event in New York, he was asked exactly this question. His answer surprises with a concrete idea.
Master Director at Marvel: Quentin Tarantino would direct a Sgt. Fury movie
As Variety reports, Tarantino isn’t entirely averse to the Marvel Universe. However, he is not interested in Captain America, Iron Man and Co. If he ever brought a superhero movie to the big screen, it would be one Sgt. Fury movie act, which is set in the turmoil of World War II.

In the process, he could work with one of his regular actors: Samuel L. Jackson. Since the first Iron Man film, this one has been set in the Marvel Cinematic Universe Avengers father Nick Fury. However, it’s doubtful we’ll ever see a Sgt. Fury movie starring Tarantino and Jackson.
The implementation of a secret series project, which Tarantino also spoke about at the aforementioned event in New York, seems more realistic. Eight episodes the director wants to shoot next year. He did not reveal what these are about.
