The qualifying draw for the next African Nations Championship (CHAN 2023) initially scheduled for Friday April 29, 2022 is postponed to a later date “Said the Confederation of African Football (CAF). It is a half-surprise, CAF having postponed the draw for the final phase of the Women’s African Cup of Nations (CAN 2022) to this same April 29 (8:30 p.m. UT) in Rabat. As a reminder, this seventh edition of CHAN was to take place in January 2022 in Algeria but was postponed to January 2023, in particular because of the Covid crisis. Its playoffs are scheduled to be played between June 24 and September 4.
