“Normally I park here in the garage, but otherwise nothing changes for us,” says Annemarie after she has unloaded a full car. “Only now I have to put the car away and I will be fifteen minutes late.” She thinks it is more important that the appointment can go ahead. “I didn’t expect that they would have arranged this in one day.”
