Director of the Russian mercenary company Wagner Yevgeny Prigozhin warns that there may be a revolution in Russia and the country may lose the war it started against Ukraine if the Russian elite does not start taking the war seriously.
Prigozhin spoke about it in an interview published on his Telegram channel.
The Wagner boss stated that Russia’s elite are protecting their own children from being sent to the front at the same time as the children of ordinary Russians are dying in battle. In his opinion, this could lead to social turmoil and even a 1917-like revolution.

Prigozhin said in an interview that his political views were dominated by his love for Russia and the president Vladimir Putin serving.
The Wagner boss said he doesn’t like his nickname “Putin’s Chef” because he can’t cook. Prigozhin said that “Putin’s butcher would be a better nickname for him.
