While Russia’s attacks on Ukraine continued, Russian President Vladimir Putin stated that the negotiation process had reached a dead end.
Making a statement regarding the negotiations after Putin, Mikhail Podolyak, Advisor to the Ukrainian Presidential Office, stated that the negotiation process was difficult and said, “The emotional process in the negotiations is difficult. The negotiations of the subgroups of the negotiations continue via videoconference. Our representatives are extremely protecting the interests of Ukraine.”
On the other hand, Putin stated that the agreements reached by the Russia-Ukraine negotiation team in Istanbul on some issues had come to a dead end, and said, “Kyiv moved away from the agreements reached in the meetings of the parties in Istanbul and the negotiations came to a dead end.”
