Russian President Vladimir Putin gave new instructions against the fires that occurred in the Siberia Region of Russia during the summer seasons. Since forest fires in Siberia last year and in the spring of this year destroyed millions of hectares of forest, it was ordered to create artificial rains in Yakutia in the Siberian Region.
EXPERIMENTS WILL BEGIN
According to the announcement made by the Kremlin Palace, Putin appointed Yakutia Regional President Aysen Nikolayev on the subject. “The government of the Russian Federation and the President of Yakutia should ensure that a series of experiments are carried out against the occurrence of forest fires in Yakutia, which will cause artificial precipitation,” the instruction said.
THE PROHIBITION HAS BEEN ANNOUNCED
The instruction also announced the decision to ban hunting during the summer period in the entire Siberian Region. The Ministry of Emergency Situations and the Ministry of Forestry of Russia were also instructed to implement all measures against forest fires by 1 November. (UAV)
