President of Russia Vladimir Putin has fired four Russian deputy defense ministers.
Putin appointed his own cousin’s daughter to replace one of the fired ministers Anna Tsivileva.
Tsivileva, 52, is a well-known businesswoman in Russia and died in March Yevgeny Putin daughter.
