The man, who is in his 70s, has also threatened to kill her on several occasions, the woman has told in questioning.
He has also on one occasion put small nails and screws in his partner’s bowl of peanuts and cheese curds.
“The whole thing felt unpleasant. I then asked my partner where they had come from. He replied that it must have been the cat,” said the woman in an interrogation.
The man, who denies the crime, is sentenced to ten months in prison for gross violation of women’s privacy. He must also pay nearly SEK 100,000 in damages to the woman.
