Five men are charged on suspicion of having pushed a truck driver, who was fishing on Sydkajen in Malmö, into the cold water in November, Sydsvenskan reports.
A man is said to have unprovoked pushed the man, something his four friends are said to have filmed and laughed at, before several minutes later they helped him up.
The prosecutor claims that the action was life-threatening, and the driver says in questioning that he thought his last moment had come.
