Paris is currently hosting the greatest tennis players in the world at Roland-Garros. An event sometimes caricatured and a sport often presented as “that of the rich”. A cliché that dies hard, but the reality is perhaps more nuanced. On the courts, pupils from a primary school in Villiers-le-Bel from a popular district of the Paris region have recently been introduced to the little yellow ball.
