Pulled trains – strong winds the cause

Due to strong winds along the west coast on Tuesday, train services have been reduced.

Some railway sections have been closed, according to the Swedish Transport Administration.

“By order of the Swedish Transport Administration, there is reduced traffic for all train companies in central Sweden as a result of the weather on January 6-7,” writes the train company VR, which runs between Stockholm and Gothenburg.

Information will be sent out to the travelers who are affected.
