(Finance) – As part of the takeover bid (takeover bid) partial voluntary on savings shares of SAES Gettersa group listed on Euronext STAR Milan and active in the production of components and systems for industrial and medical applications, it appears that today, 12 July 2023, 5,713 applications for membership have been presented.
Therefore, overall there are 410,950 requests for membership, equal to 30.1% of the offer.
The offer started yesterday, July 11, 2023 and will end on July 31, 2023.
Italian Stock Exchange remember that the Saes Getters savings shares purchased on the market on 28 and 31 July 2023 cannot be contributed in acceptance of the offer.
