Public Prosecution Service suspends prosecution of waste processor who supplied

The Public Prosecution Service is ending the prosecution of waste processor ATM from Moerdijk after environmental pollution with recycled soil at at least five locations. The Public Prosecution Service confirms this to RTV Utrecht after reporting from Trouw. Due to the use of contaminated soil, the Westdijk in Bunschoten-Spakenburg, among others, had to be cleaned for more than 34 million euros.
