Langbroek – The Public Prosecution Service (OM) has decided not to appeal in the criminal case concerning a series of farm fires in Cothen, Werkhoven and ‘T Goy. Gert S. (39) from Langbroek was acquitted by the court in January. Now the Public Prosecution Service will not appeal either, the Public Prosecution Service confirms after reporting from the AD. “After careful consideration, we believe that there is insufficient chance of a conviction on appeal,” a spokesperson said.
