Public Prosecution Service demands heavier sentences on appeal for young

Adi M. from Bunnik and Alwin T. from Rotterdam and three co-suspects were all between 19 and 21 years old at the time of the crime. They had Dhondt’s house in mind because they thought he had a lot of cash. A day before the fatal burglary, three of the five suspects broke in, but they stopped their attempt when they saw that Dhondt was sleeping in the living room and woke up.
