PUBG MOBILE World Championship will be held in Turkey

According to the statement made by PUBG MOBILE, PUBG MOBILE World Championship, one of the biggest esports tournaments, is coming to Turkey. Recently, the PMGC 2022 grand finals kicked off in Jakarta, Indonesia. While 2023 plans were mentioned in the opening speech, it was announced that the PUBG MOBILE World Championship will be held in our country next year. The details explained are as follows;

PUBG MOBILE World Championship is coming to Turkey

The 2023 finals of the PUBG MOBILE World Championship, which is considered the pinnacle of PUBG MOBILE esports and one of the biggest esports organizations, will be held in Turkey. The tournament, where the world’s biggest esports teams compete fiercely and with a prize pool of 4 million dollars in 2022, will be an important turning point for Turkish esports.

2023 PUBG MOBILE Esports Calendar

New announcements were also made, including the expansion of the PUBG MOBILE Pro League (PMPL) for 2023, the exclusive amateur eco-system leading to the PMPL Qualifiers, and the addition of more PUBG MOBILE Regional Clash (PMRC) tournaments.

The PMPL will feature the PMPL Qualifiers for tournament entry in 2024 for semi-professional and amateur teams. Teams will qualify for PMPL Qualifiers by competing in the PUBG MOBILE National Championship, PUBG MOBILE Club Open or 3rd party tournaments. PUBG MOBILE is preparing to offer players more opportunities than ever before on the path to professionalism for semi-professional and amateur teams.

In order to make the inter-regional competition more exciting and after the success of the first PUBG MOBILE Regional Clash held in 2022, PUBG MOBILE Esports will sign more tournaments in 2023. PUBG MOBILE Regional Clash allows fans to compete against their favorite regional teams outside of PUBG MOBILE Esports’ global tournaments.

The year 2023 will once again be the scene of two global tournaments. PUBG MOBILE World Championship, which will start from November, will be hosted by Turkey for the first time. In July, the PUBG MOBILE World Invitational tournament will take place in Riyadh.

PUBG MOBILE Esports will also be making two format changes to improve the player experience. A 10-point system will be introduced in all tournaments to make the games more exciting and competitive.
