The secure, partly forensic clinics at the Willem Arntsz Hoeve in Den Dolder have room for 135 patients. They stay in one of the three clinics. They have a psychiatric disorder and some of them have been convicted or have been in trouble with the law. Fivoor rents the buildings from Altrecht.
