UTRECHT – Goods in the province of Utrecht should be transported by water as much as possible. This should relieve the busy road network and above all make the air cleaner. More than thirty parties, including construction companies, catering suppliers, retailers, waste processors and Rijkswaterstaat, agreed on Wednesday to deploy as many boats as possible for transport.
