Ameide (municipality of Vijfheerenlanden) will again have a fixed bus line in the evenings. Line 90 thus runs once an hour, seven days a week, between Ameide and bus station Vianen Lekbrug, where line 90 provides a direct connection to line 85 from/to Utrecht.

Line 12 no longer runs through the Zandweg-Oostwaard district in Maarssen. This shortens the travel time between Maarssen-Dorp and Utrecht. On the new route, line 12 has an additional stop at the new stop Sweserengseweg on the eastern edge of Zandweg-Oostwaard. At three stops in Zandweg-Oostwaard that are canceled as a result of the route change, travelers can use U-flex, a bus that runs on demand and is ordered in advance.

De Haar Castle will become more accessible by bus during the weekend. In addition to the existing line 127, line 111 will run every half hour on Saturday and Sunday during the day. Line 111 offers a direct connection between Vleuten station and De Haar Castle. This change has already taken effect from May 2022 due to the rapid growth in the number of visitors to Kasteel de Haar.

On the Stadsbaan-Zuid, a new stop will be opened for lines 10 and 48 near the Rijnvliet district in Utrecht. This will provide Rijnvliet with a better connection with Leidsche Rijn Center and due to the work in Leidsche Rijn Center, line 28 in the direction of Vleuterweide will long detour drive between NS station Leidsche Rijn and stop Korianderstraat. The Centrumboulevard stop will therefore disappear in the direction of Vleuterweide.

During the summer and Christmas holidays, the buses on line 41 between Wijk bij Duurstede and Utrecht will run less frequently during the morning rush hour and serve the stops every 10 minutes instead of every 7.5 minutes and in Odijk the route of line 43 changes. Rijnseweg and Odijk-Zuid will henceforth be driven via the Singel-Noord and Singel-West, instead of via the Esdoorn and Sint Nicolaaslaan.
