The Foreign Affairs Commission of the Turkish Grand National Assembly convened to discuss 8 agreements, including the protocol envisaging Sweden’s participation in NATO. During the protocol negotiations regarding Sweden’s participation in NATO, AK Party Istanbul Deputy Seda Gören Bölük and Gaziantep Deputy Ali Şahin made a motion to postpone the commission.
The voted motion was accepted and the commission meeting was postponed.
