Not only ProRail is preparing, also other organizations, such as the police, the Red Cross and water companies are now making plans, says BNR. The Association of Water Companies in the Netherlands (Vewin) must prepare their so -called delivery plans every four years. That happened recently and the plans have been updated to the current circumstances and expected threats. “We are certainly on sharp, but we always stood that,” says a Vewin spokesperson.
