An erratic vehicle on First Line Road in Ohsweken was reported to Six Nations Police and halted by officers after they saw a vehicle matching the one they had been described.
As the driver approached police, officers saw alcoholic beverages in the vehicle and administered an approved roadside screening test for impairment.
As a result, a 28-year-old Ohsweken man was arrested and charged with dangerous driving, impaired operation, driving while prohibited, and having an illegal blood-alcohol level
The man will appear in Brantford court later.
