(Finance) – It is scheduled for tomorrow, Friday 13 December, at Rome at the National Event Space (via Palermo, 12), the XIX Forum of Young Accountants, organized byNational Union of Young Chartered Accountants and Accounting Experts which will welcome around 350 professionals from all over Italy. With the title “Changes“, the Forum which begins at 10:00 and will see the presence of parliamentarians Andrea de Bertoldi, Carmen Letizia Giorgianni, Chiara Gribaudo, Antonio Misiani, Raffaele Nevi and Emiliano Fenu, aims to give an impetus to the renewal of the profession .
“We’ve been talking about change for years, but progress is still too slow for our category,” he says Francis Cataldipresident of the Union. “As a trade union, we want to be proactive and not limit ourselves to reporting problems. For this reason, during the Forum we will present four concrete proposals, aimed at the institutions, with the aim of starting a constructive dialogue and finding concrete solutions”.
The proposalswhich will be illustrated in detail during the event, concern the suspension of professional obligations for accountants during maternity leave, fair compensation, taxpayer protection and policies for inclusive AI for accountants. “We believe that a change of mentality is necessary”, continues Cataldi. “Young professionals need adequate tools and a favorable environment to be able to best express their skills.”
During the Forumswill be promoted to comparison among young professionals of different categories with Carlo Foglieni, president of AIGA (Italian Association of Young Lawyers), Elisa Paolieri, president of ANGCDL (Italian Association of Young Labor Consultants) and Alessandro Selvaggio, president of ASIGN (Italian Association of Young Notaries). “We intend to work in synergy to accept the challenges of the future and change, being well aware that the problems and opportunities are common for all professionals,” concludes Cataldi.
