The main contribution to the rise was higher prices for trade in electricity, according to Statistics Norway.
Compared to June last year, producer prices have fallen by 3.1 percent.
The index shows how prices develop for producers in Sweden and what importers have to pay to have goods delivered here.
At a later stage, the price changes have an impact on prices vis-à-vis consumers, and thus inflation.
