“The text – explains the ministry – is the result of a consultation that the MIT promoted last July and which involved 94 stakeholders, of which 77 private operators and 17 public entities, who presented approximately 630 contributions. The provision thus introduces some corrections to support public investments, with a focus on ten main macro-themes, including fair compensation, labor protections, digitalisation, and price revision.
