It just doesn’t seem to work with the pond around the Westraven office building in Utrecht. The building is in use by Rijkswaterstaat. A concrete box around the building has been dry since 2009, it was leaking. In 2022, half of the pond was redesigned. The second part was supposed to be tackled this year, but that did not work out. The reason? An excess of groundwater.
