Three weeks ago, the pro-Palestinian demonstrations from Amsterdam spread to Utrecht with the first occupation of the outdoor area of the university library in Utrecht. Dozens of demonstrators refused to leave there after several warnings from the police and were removed by the riot police in the evening.
