The incident occurred in Malmö last fall, and is said to have taken place in an open street. The three convicted men, who deny the crime, are brothers.
Malmö district court has taken note of several pieces of evidence that showed the men were at the crime scene – among other things, a witness allegedly pointed them out and two of the brothers’ mobile phones were connected to the mast that covers the area just before and during the assault.
According to the court, no motive for the crime has emerged during the investigation.
