Smith’s Defense Lawyer, Dale Henderson, Said Smith Would Deny the Offer “Until The Day He Dies” But has worked with the endources to try and rehabilitate His life.
Henderson Said Smith Changed His Life After His Earlier Convictions and Had a Long “Gap” in His Offenses But then Ran Afoul of Drugs.
“He’s now clean, waiting aa and on suboxone.”
The Lawyer also noted that smith himself was a victim of abuse and raised in an “anviable” situation.
SMECE SMITH HAD BEEN IN JAIL FOR 168 DAYS AWAITING TRIAL, FONDED 129 Days of Lock-Downs and was dealing with many health problem, Henderson Suggestized the Judge Could Give Him More Credit Than The Usual One-And-A-Half-Days PER ONE Day Served and “Make it a time-served sentence.”

“IS MR. SMITH CAPABLE OF STAXED UP?” Asked Justice Robert Gee.
“I did not do it,” Smith Told the Judge.
But gee explained that he had been convicted of sexual interference and “people who are victim of offers like this will never be the same.”
The Justice System, Said the Judge, has come to realize that sexual offer against children permanently damage them, even if they experience just one incident.
“This has changed her for the rest of her life. She was once a happy, precocious, outgoing child and now that has changed. She’s no long the person she was but, hopefully, with therapy and time, she can live a long and productive life. ”

Gee agreed the crown’s ranges was appropriat and sentenced smith to three years, less time served, leiaving him with two years and 113 days to serve.
He will be on the sexual offenders database for 20 years and had to supply a sample of his dna to police.
