(Finance) – The Board of Directors of Prismsa company listed on Euronext Growth Milan and operating in the web and digital marketing sector, in execution of the investment agreement with Alascom, has resolved the nomination by co-optation of Marco ScuriCEO and reference partner of Alascom, which advisor of society.
The board has given Marco Scuri le delegations already attributed to theCEO with subsequent additions. The newly appointed councilor will remain in office until the date of expiry of the council itself.
