(Finance) – The Board of Directors of Prismsa company listed on Euronext Growth Milan and operating in the web and digital marketing sector, ha approved the financial statements as at 31 December 2021 and the new 2022-2026 Business Plan. Last year closed with a Production Value of 18.1 million euros, up 10% compared to 2020. EBITDA was 2.1 million euros, compared to 1.17 million in 2020 (+ 79%). The net result was -5.9 million euros, compared to -4.4 million euros in 2020, following provisions to the bad debt provision in Prismi SpA for 4.3 million euros (1.9 million the year before). The passive Net Financial Position is 17.5 million euros (negative for 21.8 million in 2020).
The new plan aims “for one organic growth that allows you to grasp the evolutionary opportunities of the digital market in Italy in terms of acquiring new customers, ensuring the enhancement of the active customer base and securing growing flows of revenues and margins “, explains a note. The expected results are: a significant development in turnover volumes and significant growth EBITDA deriving from the desired progressive increase in volumes over the plan period, as well as from the cost containment actions already started in the course of 2021.
The Production value (at consolidated level) is expected to 28 million euros in 2022, 35.2 million euros in 2023, 42.2 million euros in 2024, 48.7 million euros in 2025 and 54.5 million euros in 2026.EBITDA it is expected at € 4.6 million in 2022, € 7.7 million in 2023, € 10.8 million in 2024, € 13.3 million in 2025 and € 15.6 million in 2026.
