Prices also fell in the four major cities in the past quarter. The decrease of 6.3 percent compared to the previous quarter in 2022 was the largest in the municipality of Utrecht. By way of comparison: in Amsterdam the decrease was 5.7 percent and in The Hague 4.2 percent. In Rotterdam, the decrease was 1.7 percent, which is smaller than the national average.
