Pretty annoying The reason behind your itching…

Anal itching can disturb the person and the environment. If you often experience these itching, which is not usually a cause for concern, you should see a specialist. Dr. Christal Blanchard stated that there are more people who experience anal itching than you think. Dr Blanchard said there are usually three main causes of itching.

VITAMIN A DEFICIENCY

Dr Blanchard said the first reason could mean you have a vitamin A deficiency. “Actually, you can check this through your medical doctor, who will do a blood test that could indicate a deficiency. If you are going to start taking vitamin A, please talk to your doctor because your liver enzymes need to be monitored. Vitamin A taken too long and in too high doses can have serious consequences for your liver health.” If you need to increase your vitamin A intake, you can try adding cheese, oily fish, eggs and milk to your meal routine.

LOW STOMACH ACID

Dr Blanchard said the reason for his resentment was low stomach acid. He said you can do a baking soda test at home to check for this. Low stomach acid can cause heartburn, bloating, constipation and hair loss in women. You can try apple cider vinegar for low stomach acidity and see if your symptoms improve. “Dilute apple cider vinegar with a little water. Drink it 15 minutes before your meal.” Apple cider vinegar will relieve your itching and swelling.

Baking soda test

You should do the baking soda test in the morning before eating and drinking water. First, mix a quarter teaspoon of baking soda into 120 ml of water. Set a timer for the mixture you prepared and to see how long your burps last. If you have enough stomach acid, you will burp in two to three minutes. Burping that lasts more than two to three minutes can indicate low acid levels.

INTERFERENCE

Dr Blanchard said the third reason you’re uncomfortable is that it’s not everyone’s favourite. The third cause of itching is parasites. “If you’re scratching at night or feeling restless at night, your itching may be caused by a parasite.” If you think you have parasites, you should see your doctor, who can prescribe medication to kill them. This usually takes one to three days and your cohabitants will also need to be treated.
