The Finnish government is calling a press conference at short notice on Tuesday afternoon, Finnish media reports.
There will be information about a serious security situation, according to the newspaper Iltalehti’s information.
This weekend it was discovered that a gas pipeline in the Gulf of Finland – between Finland and Estonia – had been damaged. The Finnish Defense Forces and Coast Guard have investigated the damage. According to Iltalehti’s information, the government’s press conference will have to do with underwater activity.
