In Madagascar, the first and only presidential debate took place this Monday evening, organized by the Céni, to which the three candidates in the campaign responded. Nearly 2 hours and 45 minutes of questions and answers during which the competing competitors were able to express their vision for the country, tackle their opponents and recall their successes. Coincidence or not, many districts of the capital were plunged into darkness throughout the debate.
