A tragedy mourns Liberia at the very end of a unanimously praised electoral process: a car drove into the crowd in Monrovia, on the evening of November 20, 2023. A crowd of supporters of Joseph Boakaï that the Electoral Commission had just given as definitively elected at the head of the country. There are at least 3 dead and around twenty seriously injured, according to the Unity party, which cites a hospital source.
