US President Joe Biden welcomes the Swedish Prime Minister and the President of Finland to Washington and promises US support and protection during the NATO process.
On Thursday, Magdalena Andersson and Sauli Niinistö will visit Biden together in the White House.
“The United States will work with Finland and Sweden to continue vigilance regarding all threats to our common security, and to deter and respond to aggression or threats of aggression,” the statement said on the White House website.
