M therefore wants to introduce a strengthened employment tax deduction with a focus on low and medium incomes which should give an extra SEK 500 a month for an ordinary wage earner.
M also wants to introduce a job premium as soon as possible for those who leave long-term unemployment and start work. The premium means that the person gets to keep ten percent more of the salary up to SEK 2,500 for a maximum of 18 months.
